Day 1 ~ Travel Day. Depart
Connecticut (or your city) and arrive at Lihue Airport, Kaua'i. Take
a short taxi ride to the SunSpree Resort and have a relaxing evening.
Each
morning gather for gentle body and energy movement which allows you
to open to the spirit of the aina (land).
| Day 2 ~ Welcome. Settle
into the day. The SunSpree is located steps away from a spacious
park and one of the finest swimming and snorkeling beaches on Kaua'i.
Welcome dinner at a local restaurant rich in Hawaiian atmosphere.
The evening includes a lei presentation, introductions and overview

Day 3 - Great Sacred Wailua. Learn
the traditions and history of Great Sacred Wailua, where ali'i (royalty)
once came to worship, play and give birth. Visit several heiau (ancient
temple sites) where Hawaiian priests and ruling chiefs performed
spiritual ceremonies. Dinner on your own. The evening offers a specially

Day 4 ~ North Shore Excursion. Full
day journey to the dramatic North Shore
including a visit to Limahuli Gardens, a lush tropical botanical
valley. Travel to Haena. Our guide will lead us to the hula heiau
at Ke'e Beach. Time to stroll along the shore. Picnic lunch provided.
Return through Hanalei where we will stop to explore this picturesque
town. Dinner on your own. The evening is free. Moonlight and waterwheeling
in the Pacific. (B,L)

Day 5 ~ Sacred Kaua'i. In the morning
we will visit the Hindu Monastery, a 51-acre meditation sanctuary.
Picnic lunch included. The afternoon is spent on the land connecting
to the beautiful Garden Island of Kaua'i and participating in an
afternoon activity. Dinner on own. A special evening presentation
of traditional music and hula (B,L)

Day 6 ~ South Shore Excursion. Explore
the south shore beaches of Mahaulepu, an astonishing place of wild,
untouched beauty. Travel onward to the charming artists' village of
Hanapepe. Picnic lunch included. Late afternoon free for relaxation.
Join us for a farewell dinner. (B,L,D)
Day 7 ~ Departure Day. Check out of the
hotel and return to Lihue Airport for your flight home. (B)
